Job Description

Mathias is looking for a qualified individual to purchase and maintain inventory for a fast paced, growing organization. Must have a minimum of three years in Inventory Control or Purchasing.   If you feel that you would be a good fit to our team we would love to hear from you.

Essential Functions
  • Taking in part orders from technicians and project managers and fulfilling their orders.

  • Management of inventory control department and associates. Offer guidance on processes to manage inventory accuracy.

  • Manage updates on quotes, price change, inventory adjustment, and add/delete items and manage reports with accurate information.

  • Ability to pull important data by applying data analysis and summarize accurately.

  • Manage orders, item creation, and management of products by using several company systems.

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks

  • Knowledge of ESC a plus but not mandatory
